Ciuozeja: manau, kad persitreniravai. Tiesiog per ilgai ir perdidelis kruvis kojoms, o gal ir sirdziai. Viena savaite isvis be kruvio, kita - lengvai pajudant, ir neuzmirsti kiekviena vakara issimasazuoti koju raumenis - bent po 10-15 min/kojai
